Meet The Author-
What a fun evening at Lake Country Books & Gifts! This was the first signing for The Guilt of Others, and my first experience getting to do a Live Reading and a Q&A session.
Can you connect the snacks to the characters?
One question I get a lot is, are the characters based on specific people? No one in the book is directly based on a real person. But like most writers, I think I borrow from observations—small moments, conversations, the way people react under pressure. Teaching gives you a unique window into human behavior—how people handle stress, relationships, expectations—and that definitely shaped how I wrote the characters. So, while the characters aren’t real people, the emotional truth behind them is.
Reynold's Book Club Committee's Author Panel
I was thrilled to be invited to participate in an author's panel hosted in the Lake Club Ballroom at the Ritz on Lake Oconee alongside several other successful, local authors. It was a great experience! I enjoyed meeting new people and speaking about my journey of becoming an author.
Meet the Author
Lake Country Books & Gifts hosted a Meet the Author event where Sara was able to meet new readers, sign books, and make new friends.
Keep an eye out for news about Sara's next book... coming soon!
